OUR PROCESS
From waste stream to finished roll in five steps
Sorting
Raw greenhouse material is collected and sorted by grade.
Crushing
Sorted material is crushed into uniform flakes.
Washing
Flakes are washed to remove soil and contaminants.
Pelletizing
Clean flakes are melted and formed into pellets.
Extrusion
Pellets are extruded through a die into finished damp proof rolls.
